PORTRAIT (headshot/bust of one character or animal)
- I like and am good at drawing the things you see me post: horses, ponies, animals in general, people / humanoids, landscapes / nature, cottages, fantasy, fashion, overall friendliness
- digital art only
- I don’t draw: explicit nsfw / fetish (artistic nudity is ok), gore, fanart of licensed IPs, food, horror.
- anything else just ask :)
General Terms
- By commissioning me you agree to all of the terms listed here.
- I have the right to reject any order for any reason.
Payment
- Payment is accepted via PayPal in € (PayPal will convert it for you).
- An Invoice will be sent through PayPal.
- For commissions under 100€, full payment is required up front.
- For commissions over 100€, payment may be split 50% up front and 50% after sketch approval.
Process and Delivery
- Commissions will take 1-3 weeks, assuming I received all relevant information and references and payment or advance.
- I will send you a sketch / WIP with rough colours to be approved or revised.
- Once the piece is finished, you will receive the full resolution digital image (png).
Revisions
- Please always communicate your wishes as clear as possible and provide references images if available. The more reference with clearly visible details, the more accurate my drawing can be.
- included in the price is 1 round of revision during the sketch phase. I will send the revised sketch to be approved.
- If you the customer request changes to the final drawing, or additions that weren’t stated in the initial order, or additional changes after the first round, I will charge for the changes by time with my hourly rate of 50€ per hour.
Refund Policy
- The buyer is not allowed a full refund once I started on the commission.
- If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel your order before I started, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel the commission after work has begun, the cancellation fee is 50%. The client then receives the work as it is. If the buyer wishes to cancel the commission after work has started, the buyer can be issued a refund but agrees to pay the fee.
- If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
Copyright and Usage
- I the artist retain all copyright over the commissioned artwork. I will not claim the interllectual property of characters depicted in the commissioned artwork.
- I the artist reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online.
- You the customer may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
- You may not make profit from the commissioned artwork, resell it, or use it for commercial purposes unless commercial rights to the image are purchased separately.
- You may not alter the the commissioned artwork without my (the artist’s) consent.
- You may not claim to have made the artwork.
